Now I’m sure that judge Sonia is a good judge and will make a great addition to the supreme court. The only reason that I don’t like her is that the primary reason she was chosen was because she is Hispanic. Now I’m not racist, and if she was the most qualified judge out of all who could be nominated then I would have no problem with her, but she isn’t. There are judges that could have been a better choice but weren’t because they either weren’t minorities or women. That to me is racist and sexiest still pointing them out from the crowd as different, even if it’s in a good light.
Sure it may not be the way you our your friends our the whole world looks at it but it’s what I believe. Now, I admit that while she may have not (in my opinion) be the best choise. She is most certainly a good one. While I may wish someone else was chosen. I still think she will do great things in here time at the supreme court. And that is the truth.
